Pago transactions stole my money and refuse to pay stay away

Well it has been several years since this happened but Pago Transactions has still chosen to keep my money and many others people/businesses money even with a lawsuit pending. Several years ago they took CC information from my main merchant processor and processed the order and held onto the money whereupon they paid our merchant processor who then in turn paid us. On August 8th they cut off that merchant processor and kept all the money which turns out to be around 15 million, 26K of which was mine.in the years to follow a lawsuit was put in but Pago refused to pay the money back even though the customer received their orders and Pago orginally agreed to pay it back.

As of now Pago won the lawsuit not to not go to court in Germany, and so now my merchant processor is suing them in Quebec. Pago stole alot of people/business money that day and to this day still refuse to give it to the companies, their success alone was because of this theft. If they had paid back what they owed they would not be facing this complaint but after too many years waiting on getting back half of what I was originally owned, it is about time others know about their business practices. It is my advice not to trust this Germany company, they have no intention of paying back the money they don't own, they refuse to settle or deal with a lawsuit and have ruined my company and credit rating as they have with others. What they did was crime and so far they have not been punished because they are a large corporation they believe they can rip people off and get away with it. My advice is stay away from this company, they may treat you the same, and that they are criminals who believe they have the right to my money when in fact they don't.

Don't trust them, don't deal with them and until I get my 26K back I will always consider them evil and corrupt. They should be punished for what they did to all these people/companies but as they are in Germany, they can get away with it or so it seems after all these years.
