Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I had applied for what I had thought to be a $5000.00 credit card but later found out it was a catalog order company and you have to pay a percentage before you even get the damn item you order.

The catalog has NOTHING that anyone would possibly want to order let alone send a down payment on before they could put the balance on the credit card - I never heard of such a thing.

I also paid $49.00 USD ($45.00 $4.00 rush delivery) that I would like refunded. I hope that people could know this information before doing what I did - Hopefully this will help consumers before it is too late.

This company NEVER mentions ONCE that it is a catalog order company and not a credit card!!!
