Fredereck J Hanna & Assoc1427 froze my bank account cant pay bill all are drafted I only receive SS check monthly

My daughter or myself did not receive letter or anthing Both our accounts was frozen because she owed a bill. Her name is on my account in case something happens to me. Im almost 80 yr old. The bill was paid on18th and they still refuse to release my account. I only have my SScheck each month and my bill are piling up. I called them this morning to please release my account they said they couldnt until the lawyer and courts signed off what can an old woman Do?
