Mitigation Department run around and contradictions

Just to make this quick, I have just read the report of the person who was misled with Wells Fargo Mitigation Department to offer solutions to prevent foreclosure. I was begining to go through the same type of corporate runaround and contradictions with every person that I spoke with and realized this before committing to anything over the phone or sending money that will lead to nowhere. Since we are being recorded and according to them its company policy weather we agree or not witch is illegal. I also have begun to record all phone calls and have now kept a pretty hefty log of the system that this agency uses to discourage customers from getting what they need and getting away with passing the buck to the next guy. From what i can see this will eventually go into a class action law suit against wells fargo since we are not alone so its all a matter of waiting and again i encourage everyone going through the same stress to keep organized and gather every bit of information, it will be useful!
