From hard ship to abandon ship i feal

Ack in say july 08 i sign on with this company give them everything they ask for in advance. I was 100%prepared for everything they needed to open my case. Faxed all to them waited for a responce, no responce. So i try calling no answer again and again no answer. Finaly i get contact there answer was sorry the person on my case no longer works there and i hade to re fax my info to a different employee. I did waited no responce again tryed calling no answer left voice mail. After voice mail no responce.

Finaly after being presistant i get through again another employee on my case no longer there but some named miss white said they had a deal with my mortgage co of 306 a month then dec 08 1800 to get cought up. Well i was concerned becouse i have 2 mortgages and what about the other. She says she turning my case over to a charlie rippy and he would check into it and dont sign any agreement yet till they figure it out.

Next thing i know i get letter in mail saying my house will be sol sept 3 08. I called charlie no answer left 15 voice mails and finaly i talked to him he ask me to fax my mortgage info again. Hes sorry he got bussy and dident follow up on my case. I faxed everything. He informed me he may call a couple days befor sale date for me to file chapter 13. Not to worry it was just to buy time. I wouldent follow through i waited a week to calls so i called again and again no answer just voice mails. I left message after message.

Finaly i get a call from a women i dident catch her name she told me she got sale date post poned to oct 3 08 and they were resolving my first mortgage with my mortgage co and would let me know what they say. I informed her that now my second mortgage is back in default because they told me not to make any payment till they found out about about first mortgage.

Here it is sept 23 and there not answering my phone calls and october 3 is comeing up fast. Am i stupid or should i wait. I have read a few of the rip off reports and there story is the same as mine. There rebuttal was we have no client in that city or state. Then why is there story close to the same as mine.

I am worried i have a true hardship. Im out of work on workers comp for at least 6 more months. I have 4 kids and a grand child in the home. What do i do. Should i call my mortgage co and try and work it out my self against what mason capital says to to or wait and see if im gone be ripped off.

Its been 3 months now im about 6 months behind on my mortgage. Im i screwed already. I am laid up with 5 hurniated disc in my neck. I trusted this company could help with my hard ship. I would feal better if i could reach someone and at least have them lie to me or something.instead i sit here worrieing about loosing my home. Is this a scam let. Me know so i can seak further help
