Unauthorized Charges took money from me!

When i applyed for loan, somehow this id theft crap was able to go in my bank account WITHOUT my permission or knowelge for that matter. Iam pissed! I my children and i get social sercurity cause my husband / their father died. We are barely surviving. I want my refund back in my bank!
