Keep calling about a deceased relative credit card debt

My Family (all diffrent phone numbers and addresses keep get calls from, Doug Burr of West Asset Management. These call have been coming for over a year now. They Wont send a detailed bill, would not send any type of statement up until now.

I recieved a bill for over $20,000 and no description of what the charges are. I have spoke to Mr Doug Burr numerous times and told him if the cant send a detailed bill not to call me any more, this conversation has gone on over a year. I repedidly ask him not to call me but he continues to call. He even threaten to tape our call when I get angry and tell him not to call. I tell him go ahead tape this DONT CALL ANY MORE and I hang up.

He usually calls me right back and tries to keep me on the phone some more. Does anyone know Doug Barr who works for West Asset Management. My family and I would like his Home phone number so we can call him at home and ask him not to call us.
