My mentally handicapped son receives his pay on an ADP card. He tried to use it for the first time at Walmart the other day and with the assistance of a supervisor, we were finally able to get the machine to accept his PIN number. After the transaction, we were given a balance and saw it was $1.50 less that it should be.

Upon arriving home I called ADP costumer service and was told that the 5 times the card was swiped (and we got an error) it automatically took a. 25 FEE each time! Not to mention the fee it took to simply finish the purchase transaction which I think was $1.50. Then I see that the customer service call is $1.00 fee each time too. $1.50 to just check your balance! $5 fee to withdrawl from a bank. $1.50 for ALL ATM withdrawals. FOR THE LOVE OF PETE this is sheer stupidity!

Youre going to be charged various fees no matter how you try to use this card, they have you coming and going! The only free service is to sign for your money but then you have to UPGRADE to a higher card for THAT service.
