Credit card fraud company not willing to work with me San frisico

A few years ago i was going over my bank statements an i noticed a 49.95 ach withdraw from my account to an company called imagine. When i called the company to find out who they where i found out i had a credit card through this company that i was apprently using. When i told the customer service rep i was speaking with i didnt apply for the card an i wanted the money back in my account to cancel the card an report to me whenever it was used again so i could report it to the cops.

Well the rep i spoke with was extremley rude said i had an unpaid balance of $375.00 that needed to be paid or the card will be put into collections. I have no idea how they got my name or my account info an everytime i tried to speak with a supervisor to have this taken care of they would put me on hold for long periods of time till i hung up. Now i have a credit card in collections for a card i never used or recieved in the mail on top of that they kept trying to take money out of my account under 2 names imagine an my secret cash card.

I also did a little research on this card an warn anyone thinking of getting it not to first off they issue anywhere from 70 to 350 dollars line of creditbut they charge almost all of it to the card before you get a chance to use it that should throw up a big red flag to anyone a real credit card does not i repeat does not charge money to the card before you can use it this card is a scam an will not work with customers who have cards that they never applied for...
