This company robbed us of $980.00. We were already having financial troubles and looking for a way to consolidate our bills. New York New York

In June I was online applying for loans to help my family consolidate some bills and add on to our home. We had really got ourselves in a mess and it seemed like the only way out. Since my fiance and I and both been divorced our credit wasn't the greatest so I was looking for bad credit loans. Not long after I applied for a payday loan I was contacted by a woman named Anita Anderson. She said we had been approved for a loan how muchn did we need. I told her we really needed around $10,000. She said she thought they could do it so we discussed putting up the title for the house or just buying insurance to secure the loan. We decided we would be better off just paying $980.00 for the insurance to secure the loan. We did not have the cash so we borrowed it from a friend. She sent us the contract via e-mail. We looked it over a hundred times, had our family to do the same.

Finally we sent it back to her. She said we could just send the $980.00 directly to the insurance place and once we did, we would have the money within 24 hours. The day after we sent the money we got an e-mail saying the company went bankrupt. We could not get anyone on the phone. We were frantic. They have all our information and even our checking account number because they were suppose to wire it to our account. We have heard nothing else from them. Something didnt feel right all along but what can we do now. If anyone has any ideas please contact us. We are good, hard working people and these cons should not be able to prey on us.
