They bought my mortgage in May and dropped my name from the loan (they left it in my ex's name). It took until September to get that fixed.

They took my December payment and applied it to an escrow account that I didn't know I had and to the principal. Now they are telling me that I owe them three times my normal house payment and are threatening to forclose.

Every time I call to try to resolve this they play twenty questions and won't talk to me until I tell them where I work, how long I've worked there, how much money I make and basicaly how many times I go to the bathroom every day. Then they are really rude and make comments like " I'm not the one who's late on my payments"
