Unauthorized charges

In December I received a bill for $14.95 from CIC Triple Advantage. Didn't even know what that was. Have been working for 3 months now (into March) to have this charge discontinued. This was totally unauthorized and fraud claim was served through my credit card company. I'm having a heck of a time getting anywhere and can't even cancel my credit card.
