Retailers National Bank
Rip-off Unauthorized charges Fraudulent billing

Business & Finance

I had a Target card, I got in over my head and got a debt consolidation loan to pay off many of my bills attempting to get ahead. I called and spoke to one of the representatives and got a pay off amount to be sure they would be paid in full. The check was mailed to them and a letter from the bank requesting that the account be closed.

They closed the account alright and before they did they racked on as many late fees necessary to keep charging me. After paying them in full they still are sending me bills saying I owe them money. They are a fraudulent company!!! Now when I call to try to speak to someone about these charges, they say the account is closed with a balance owed.

There is absolutely no option to speak to an actual human because they don't want you to have anything to use against them in court. The phone number they have listed for my state and area is not a valid number. Don not trust them with your MONEY!!!
