Rip-off Tampa

This company went into my checking account and took money that came $199.95. At the time they took the money i wasn't having the said amount, therefore, my bank, the staten Island Saving bank charged me for overdraft. The overdraft charged came to $366.00.

When i called the company and discussed the situation with them, i was told that they were going to review the tape. After reviewing the tape, they realized that i never gave them an authorization to withdraw the said amount mentioned above.

However, they sent me a package, but i returned the package to them. And i was informed that the company was going to refund my money. From that time up to present, i have been calling, but they put on the office answering mechine on.

This is the reason, i am filing the company report to you to please collect my money from them.
