Stamford Ophthalmology fraudulent medical billing to insurance companies

I have information about Stamford Ophthalmology located in Stamford CT and have paperwork documenting the fraudulent claims they are submitting for a new Physician (Dr. Adam Hsu) who is not on your plans. They are billing under a different doctor's NPI numbers and license numbers (the new Dr. Is an ocuplastic MD and they are billing under Dr. Vietorisz's (a corneal specialist) ID's. This has been occuring for months and they physicians (owners) of the practice ordered the staff to post the charges this way and the Manager, Samantha Tartaglia has actually fired staff who refuse.

I used to be employed there and told them that it is fraud and I actually quit in June before they started the practice. If you want the names of the pts - I can give you the dates, names and the pt's dates of births from August 11th thru now.
