Do not send any files to david errante or dusty khosraw at first premier realty investments & loan. They are based out of Miami, FL and are supposedly hard money lenders. They will ask for an upfront fee for their due diligence department to research your file. After having the file for 3 weeks and receiving their upfront fee, they will decline the file. The only reason they give for the decline is "marketability." They are simply stealing deposits from people.
We had over 8 files with them and over $350MM in production when they would ask for the money and then deliver denials...
They take your money and run!
