Scam stole close to $17000 dollars rip off

When i initially set up the account with UNITED BANK CARD they were very polite and atentive to all of my buissness needs. As time went on i have noticed that they were taking fees out of my account that were not disclosed to me. When i confroted them they released the funds but not all statef that they would have to look into it. When i contacted my bank to see where my funds were from the credit cards which we batched they said to me, that nothing was deposited when i contacted the united bank card they said it because i had 3 chargebacks in one month. So they withheld 17000 dollras and re stillholding on to it i have since contacted them and asked them to release the funds they refused saying it is in fine print of the contract. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commision, BBB and they stated that this company has countless complaints regarding this type of buissness prcatice. I am now looking to start a class action suit if you have a complaint with this company call me
