Moneygram can stop fraud but don't care

I sent money moneygram for a loan everything I read said this was probably a scam I did everything bbb said to do tell them you had contacted bbb, have a lawyer look at contract, I even went as far as putting a test question and answer on my sheet.

The lady at walmart did not put my test question or answer on my moneygram and I was milked for $750. When I called moneygram they said she did not put it on there and it was not there fault. I called walmart and they said it did not matter because if they know your info they can still pick it up.

Thats not true before i sent the money I called several times and spoke to several people asking about test Q&A and they said they CAN NOT PICK UP THE MONEY WITH OUT KNOWING THE TEST Q and A.

Moneygram said there is no way to find the person and that is not true, ARE THERE NOT CAMAERA at these places where they pick up the money up to stop fraud? When picking up money why can't the put there ID info of the person on file, typing in there info into there system?
