This man said he writes grants and only gets paid for when you get the grant. No true. He asked for money up front. And you send him money and he acts and sends you email from clipping off the internet. You ask hiim over and over let me know what is going on with my grant. He never ask your name, or any information.

This is not the way to get a grant for you. Then you ask for your money back, he will not give it back to you. He has been working on it. This man is a fraud. Something needs to be done with him. I lost money. Maybe not alot but money is money and no one else should be do in by him. His name is charles grant, he said his company is community services, is said his is with bbb which he is not. I checked. He has a d and b number. But they have no record of it.
