Lenox Capital Rip-off Took money out of my account without permission

I received a call, was given the ifnormation regarding a credit card to be received in the mail and was able to ascertain infomraiton regarding the callers and their phone number.

I told them that I was not going to approve the ACH withdrawal without information frist regaridng the credit card itself. The 221.95 was taken out anyway.
