VISA GOLD outrageous ripoff

These people called my house with their solicitations. I asked if this was to check my qualifications. They said they'd call back. They didn't. Next thing I get an application in the mail. I blew it off. Then I recieved a card and a first months bill. Which the lady only informed me that a $15 charge would automatically appear on the first months billing for membership. It was $59. I know I had asked her if the $15 was the total they would add on. I never activated the card like one is supose to. Just like the other gentleman, I recieved silicitation calls more so than the usual. Their interest rate is outrageous.
