NW Capital - Flipthatcredit - Brandon Relkoff - NW Capital Group Owner Brandon Relkoff Represents Himself as a broker eating Clients' deposit with false promises and lies

Mr. Brnadon Relkoff working for NW capital, flipthatcredit is a fraud and dishonest person he acted as a broker in financing a big loan for our company and asked for $10,000 as a retainer deposit luckily we negotiated well and paid him 2500 as deposit and the rest 7500 were deposited in escrow, he provided us the loan application to sign in January and demanded 2,500 rightaway after getting all of our company financials and business plan from us he send us a printed binder with all of the documents we provided to him he asked for the check of 2500 as a retainer deposit rightaway, after that he started making excuses that he is working with lenders, he is flying in U. S very busy and very far from the office and then he went into an emergency surgery, he mentioned also that he has some family problems with his brother etc all kind of excuses which nobody can even think, came from him during 8 last month of time period.

In April he said the lender is asking for business appraisal and the loan will not close unless the lender make sure that there is an appropriate assets in the business as collateral, he took $7500 from escrow and signed esrow instructions that he will cover the rest of $7500 to cover the full cost of appraisal of $15,000, he took the money $7500 and despoited in his company / personal account and said he is looking to find the right appraiser who can understand and the business and the industry very well, he took close to 3 months in order to find the right appriaser who understand the industry we were pushing him day and night in order to move forward but he has all kinds of problems and excuses.

He signed the contract with the appraiser and told us he paid our $7500 to him and will pay the rest of the money soon to cover the full cost of $15000, we start sending all of the information which the appraiser was asking in order to finish the appraisal report after waiting for almost 6 weeks when we never heard anything from appriser we contacted the appraiser directly and found out that brandon never paid anything to appraiser, after pushing brandon and threating to file for the damages in court for the breach of escrow contract brandon agreed to deposit $5000 $2500 in two installment after few months appraiser stopped the work because of non-payment of the rest of $7500 and brandon has not come up with the rest of the money till today which he had to provide according to the signed escrow contract, now everyday we are requesting brandon to pay for the appraiser and get the final report he has all kinds of excuses and lies!!!

He send numerous times wrong Fedex confirmation number of the cashiers check 0f $7500, and said it was a mistake, he send one check which was bounced due to not sufficient funds in his account, he send us the shipment without the check all kind of bullshit sombody can't even think of.

He has no interest in the deal to close we are wondering where this deal was a real or just fake I hired an attorney who is working on the case and collecting information about NW capital and brandon, I have seen two more reports against brandon and NW capital on usacomplaints.com and warning everybody to search for this company histroy before giving them any money as deposit they are fake and will eat your money without providing you any service it will be a total rip off.
