Bank Account Garnished for 307.05 on Card I Never Owned

I was garnished in the amount of 307.05 today for a bill I know nothing about. I have never owned a Capital One credit card and I am being garnished by the company for the above amount. I was never notified to the action and was never aware that this bill existed. I am hoping to get some help in resolving this matter asap. They took my entire check and I am now in danger of losing my house because I cannot pay my rent.
