The above company garnished my bank account in the amount of 307.05 today for a bill I know nothing about. I never had a Capitol One credit card and was never notified to the actions of the company. Pensylvania

I was garnished in the amount of 307.05 today for a bill I know nothing about. I have never owned a Capitol One credit card and I am being garnished by the company for the above amount. I was never notified to the action and was never aware that this bill exsisted. I am hopeing to get some help in resolving this matter asap. They took my entire check and I am now in danger of losing my house because I cannot pay my rent.
