False advertising Durham North Carolina

Everytime i see a jkharris commercial i want to throw a brick thru my tv. I went to jkharris on june 15 thinking that we could get our tax problem solved before they put a lein on our house and garnish our checks but that didn't happen. As of today they are still giving us the run around. We paid this company good money to have nothing done. It started off bad because we always filed jointly and when i filled out the papers it was jointly. But since my wife didn't have her 1099 she suggested that we could file seperately and she would do hers later not saying we would have to pay again. Then they sent our papers to a jonthan wallace were our papers just sat for 8 months or more when someone said he don't do taxes. Then they pass the papers on to someone name kelley and they just sat. When i called to see about the progress they tell me they needed updated bills in which i sent and they passed the papers on to someone else in which i still with today and they still can[t solved our problem as of today. I thought that this was a legit company but it look like a rel rip-off.
