FRAUD BEWARE company lied to me and took my money. I'm an elderly disabled woman they have no heart

FRAUD BEWARE this company has deceptive practices. They claim to be a Nationwide loss mitigation company and promise to modify your home loan. They train their employees to lie and tell you everything you want to hear in order for you to sign up with them. They charge a fee of $1795.00 but once you sign up they don't return your calls and do absolutely nothing to help you. What they don't tell you is that they are only interested in short selling your home and making full commission so they will never modify the loan its not in their best interest to do so. I could of listed my properties through a Real Estate company and not paid them a dime to list them. It's very unfair what they are doing I gave them the last money I had I'm an elderly disabled woman and have asked for a refund but they refuse to do so. Pls don't fall for their promises you can call the banks and negotiate yourself. Look at their profile in the Better Business Bureau their rating is very poor.
