Charged for something I did not get

Our charge card was billed for 53.49 for that yearly restoration of disease defense that we saved my-self from their website on 7/26/08. They charged me on a single evening for 59.99 which is really a cost for anything used to donot get. Would you examine these grievances? I'm likely to protest to my charge card people about that.
