Lost Payments and harassment

During March my spouse and that I bought our vehicle from the regional organization. They offered our mortgage in March of the exact same year. Throughout the move, a cost was dropped. We were recieving telephone calls from both former financial institution and Bayquest Money. On November 11 we recieved a phone from Bayquest declaring our cost hadn't been received. The previous financial institution hadn't submitted the final cost. I sent 2 weeks worth of reciepts to Bayquest. I did so this numerous occasions to no avail. I talked with Armando, Carl Diaz, Malba, Bernard, and Veronica.

Bayquest promises we're $855.00 behind on our mortgage that will be nearly 3-monthis value. I've cost documents for both businesses and reciepts for each cost I've designed to these folks. I've also voiced to 2 lawyers about that issue. One lawyer delivered a notice informing them to repair the issue and keep us alone. Bayquest statements they never received the notice, the lawyer has verification of reciept. Evidently we can not do something since we're not out anything. WE'VE TO WATCH FOR REPOSESSION!!! We've received repo characters along with a 3-day notice 2 weeks before. They contact us 3-4 times per month, and contact my spouse at the office.

I've also approached our regional information businesses and our attorney-general and that I have not noticed something. I've stored every notice (26), and every telephone chat documented (20). If other people available understands how to proceed, please, ASSIST! We were attempting to repair our credit to purchase a home, and today we can not. I am available to any aid or recommendation.
