United American Consumer Rip-Off, Fraud, Drug Addicted Manager, Liars, Worst Work Environment

This Report is concerning the Management at the San Diego Branch office for United American Insurance, located at 9265 Dowdy Drive # 103. You may reach the degenerate junkie who attempts to run the place at: 858-831-9111 or 858-952-6443; his name is Chad Yoos. First off the insurance is bogus; the manager Chad Yoos intentionally instructs his agents to lie to prospective clients about everything in order to make sales.

Employees under Chad's supervision tell clients they are receiving health care only, when in fact the agents like to build in life insurance policies without telling the clients in order to generate higher commission for themselves. Chad insists that all policies be hand delivered to clients, not as a courtesy but so that agents can remove certain paperwork from the policies which details certain negative facts such as the lack of coverage and life insurance information (the client does not know they purchased). If you are a consumer you should cancel your policy right away, Chad also has agents tell clients that they are purchasing major medical policies; this is not the case! United American American is not major health-care coverage and it is ILLEGAL for them to replace a major plan such as Blue Cross. The benefits are terrible and the amount of coverage depends on the amount the doctors charge for services; the more a provider charges the less United American will pay.

Prospective employees need to beware also; Chad is a serious drug abuser and most of the current employees are well aware of this fact. Chad spends his days taking trips to Tijuana where he illegally obtains OXYCODONE which he snorts several times a day, he is currently in debt and his home is in foreclosure and he cannot even afford gas! If you are a prospective employee looking for a successful environment this is not it! Chad Yoos is as high as a kite on a daily basis and out of his mind and extremely abusive and power tripping! He will lie to you, steal your residual monies and try to borrow money from you to support his habit. Chad currently owes money to several employees and consistently rips people off to buy his drugs. Whenever an employee quits (many do) Chad likes to tell everyone how he had to "fire them" and attempts to frighten remaining employees with termination.

Chad likes to remind everyone that he is in charge yet he cannot even run his operation successfully and often has the phones and other services shut off for non-payment of bills. Employees are not allowed to print in the office, must buy their own paper and folders for policies, and are required to use their own cell phones for cold calling because the phones are never on! United American stinks but the San Diego office is especially scandalous! Chad lies to everyone he hires, tells them how much money they will make and how it it is a real job and that the leads are great. All of these claims are lies! Chad also tells people that he is a millionaire and that all of his problems are caused by bad employees. If you work there or are looking to work there I would steer clear of this office; if you are a client I feel sorry for and would encourage you to seek coverage elsewhere.
