Not honoring agreements

I set agreement arrangements up with this company back in April of this year that on the 30th of each month they would withdraw $25 from my account and in late - AUGUST call me back to see if I'm in the financial state to settle atleast half the bill. They pick and choose the months they withdraw and to top it off they are taking out $40 instead of the $25 that was agreed upon. To make matters worse, I get phone calls Monday - Friday from this company. I feel like I am being harassed! It has gotten to the point I will just let any number I dont reconize go to voicemail because there has been times they have called me as unknown. The main number they call from is 1-800-772-1413. They leave a voice message everytime, but half the time the person who is calling messes it up! I have been called other names and such! To me that is not very professional and the fact they pick and choose when to withdraw and then overdraw their money as well as harass me with phone calls. I'm fixing to have my number changed because I am tired of them constantly calling me when we already had an arrangement made! If anyone here gets sent to this company, set them straight off the bat or they will harass you!
