Rip-off Took money & gave me a catalog

Promised a American Express card with high limits, For one time fee and gave me a card only to be used with catalog. Said we could cancel anytime before 30 days and the phone numbers are all animated and can't get a rep to get (ran) number to send back for refund. These guys are good atthe scam.
