I submitted cost they ripped the check diagonally part to part the main reason I understand they made it happen, the money amount on check totally eliminated they published it along with the returned check the check was affixed to some document dated 7-24-08 and also the cover dated in the postoffice 08-06-08 since the check could not be banked they place a hang on the card, 24 hours later the declaration arrived within the email $39.00 overdue charge $23.00 intrest they screw-up and need the customer to pay for or is that this a method to cheat clients
