Embezzlement of funds - Salliemae

Mailed a check 9/7. Never got cashed until 10/16. Wote a check on 10/12 got cashed 10/16. Why did the check I wrote on the 7th not get cashed until 1 month 1week & 2 days later. The check I wrote. On the 12th gets cashed 4 days later? I paid off the unpaid intrest but b/c they held the check the intrest doubleed. I over pay consistantly. When I called the person could NOT help me she pawned it off to a different department that she could not transfer me to. They are NOT even in the states. Who & when are they going to hold Sallimae to the regulations they were given!!
