Citizens Bank?! More like Citizens RIP off

Oh boy! Who couldnt fill this space up about Citizens Bank ripping people off? I will just give one example cuz i just happened this month to me.

I went in to complain about a withdrawal from my account by Yellowpages.com (another rip off report). Three months ago i went into the branch in derry to order a new buisness card, mine was getting worn and wouldnt work. That is the old card Yellowpages.com had on file to take out MY money from MY account. My new card came in 5 days later and i specifically asked about my old card because of Yellowpages.com, i didnt want them taking $ out anymore because they were ripping me off. They informed me that the old card would nolonger work as soon as i used or activated my new card.

Oh they were correct because i put it to the test. As soon as the date came for Yellowpages.com to auto withdraw from my account the bank put it through. Of course i had no money in the account but they put the charge through anyways on my closed card and yes charged me a fee as well. I went in to complain and the guy told me the old card stays active for transactions for 30 days after it is closed??!! Oh really i said then how come i cant use it to get MY money out of MY account? But you guys will let someone else take MY money? And he informed me that was the credit/debit card policy?!

So i cant get my own money from a closed, old card ok that makes sense just use the new one, wich works fine, but someone else can take $ out whenever they want??!! WELL the kicker is... They did it again this month after going into the branch and talking to a bank rep about the charge and the company i didnt want taking $ out, they let them do it again! Thanks alot Citizens Bank now thats $600 that i cant spend on things i need for my son, you wanna tell him that? OH WAIT YOU DONT CARE ABOUT ANYONE! And the powers that be wonder why people go crazy?
