Offered Hope and left me Helpless in Ga

I too have been left out to hang by Certified IRS, in TX. I feel so gullible, but I needed help and I wanted to do it right! AHHHH. I paid 5000.00 and many hours of collecting all they asked for me to submit. That was all probably dumped out as soon as they received it. I spoke with Spence and Yvonne Carlson. As well as Amanda Zimmerman, Maria Abercrombie and Dan Lott. I originally started with Megan at the front desk and the first contact was Bill Williams, which right after we signed the contract he was said to have quit. Lastly, I was talking with Barbara Kelsey. To other names that came up in conversation that were supposed assistants to Barbara, were Diana and Kimberly. We contracted in May 06 and still, NO resolution. They were to stop immediaate levies while we negotiated and they did not we lost another 3000.00 because of that! They also charged what I now see to be an outrageuos amount for an LLC formation. Since we were getting no where... I would ask for all the points of contact they were using to see who they had called and why we did not have any head way. They stated that they had POWER of Attorney and they needed to handle everything. I was told not to talk to anyone at the IRS or any institution or that would hinder my case.

I really don't know where to start. I have alot of documentation. I kept a log of conversations, faxes and even emails and responses. Perhaps if someone needs to team up and present evidence, we could help each other. I could have used that $ paid to them to settle some issues with the IRS myself, but they made it seem IMPOSSIBLE to do with out their help. Now what?
I guess I will start procedures to file suit and contact the State Bar in Tx. Flood the phonelines and lets get these guys!
