Deducted money out of my account without my approval

Noticed 19.99 deducted from my bank account. Called my bank who advised me to call the 800 number. When I called them, they gave me a cancellation number but told me they do not do refunds unless I had a police report. Filed a dispute with my bank, they could do nothing, obtained the police report, when I called the 800 number to get their address they said the company name had changed, gave me invalid address', one for Clearwater Fl and one for Nevis Jamaica. They claim my information "fell into their website from another website" that there are companies that share information and thats what happened to me and that I would not be able to get a refund.
