Ripoff being charged late fee sent statement and deliquent notice at the same time, always 2 weeks late deceptive company consumer ripoff

They have owned my mortgage for less than 6 months. WITHOUT a notice of it being sold to them. They have also increased my payment without notice or a rewrite or request of new contract. They have sent my statements 2 weeks after the payment is due and now I have it listed as 2 late payments and of course they get a late fee from me. I have asked them to send me a payment book and that is out of the question. Yet their employees want me to tell THEM why I am late. I sent one in today and the mail I recieved of course, was this months statement and the deliquent notice was in a second envelope.
