Payment held in separate account, then late fees claimed

I just refinanced away from Fairbanks Corp. As I was sitting there, most of the people who were refinancing were bailing on Fairbanks. They put money aside and held it in a separate account after I had paid part of the only late payment plus the next month's payment on time.

They never bothered to tell me and just kept documenting late payments and claiming that there were all these fees. The only notice I received was three months later. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
