I am being Frauded

The corporation is just a deceptive fraud, and must be turn off completely!!! They simply recently bumped-up my payment without my agreement by $100.00 monthly, additionally they have now been frauding my bill from morning 1, saying I havent created funds for several schedules after I have ALL paperwork down seriously to the terminated check I published for that deposit in my own posession up to now. They reposessed my 2006 vehicle last December 17th even tho I sent them-and talked to some repetition about the telephone that I had been actually present on my payments. They will have attempted to send repo businesses to consider my vehicle declaring they've an order to get a "dead individual" whilst the operator due to their thinking in getting my automobile.in November 07 they created me spend $2,600 to obtain my automobile out-of repo altho I had been actually present they WOn't repair my consideration stating up to now im still behind. They're today declaring I've a bankruptcy to that we never had. Today they're giving me regular claims with outragious sums owed, stating I owe them an enormous lumpsum for security insurance that we never registered for or approved together, I've often had my very own full-coverage having a diff personal insurance provider. They truly are extreme unwarranted late charges are ridiculous aswell. They WOn't correct something on my consideration declaring I still owe quantities to that we don't owe. As well as for them to boost my monthly obligations $100.00 without my agreement, properly isnt that somewhat illegitimate? The corporation is deceptive and must be taken off the company/corporate culture in totality asap!!! I'm looking for a lawyer using the where-with all to increase against these scams and never poultry out becuz they're a large bank/organization. I'm likely to get involved with every class-action suit I will against wells fargo auto-finance and look for a lawyer with gumption to prosecute the-hell out-of these scams.
