Shoddy investigative work, Owner threatened me if I went public

I went to LoanSafe Solutions because I saw one of the owner's blogs about helping people in foreclosure and wanting to "pay it forward". The loan officer, or I thought he was a loan officer told me for $3500 they could save my home. They tell me the first step was that they needed to perform a forensic loan audit. When the audit came back, they said my lender had violated several laws and I had enough grounds to bring a lawsuit against the lender.

After I received the audit, I decided to use a family friend that was an attorney that was more familiar with my situation for the lawsuit. Trusting that the audit was correct, we proceeded with the lawsuit. My attorney being a wise man decided to get a second audit done. Thank goodness we did. The second audit company found at least a dozen errors in Loan Safe's report. Things they claimed were RESPA and TILA violation were not and they missed the things that were. We saved our house but not because of Loan Safe.

When I demanded my money back from LoanSafe, I received a call from Moe Bedard, the Founder and President. He threatened me with legal action and physical harm if I went public which is why I am not using my real name. My attorney ran a background check on him and found out he was a convicted felon who had been convicted multiple times over a ten year period for selling drugs (the latest being 2004) and he was convicted of spousal abuse in 2004. My attorney also found out Moe Bedard has had his DRE license revoked. The government needs to do something to keep these people out. I can't believe I gave my personal information to a felon. Learn from my mistakes don't use them.
