They inflate your loan over period of time and then tell you your months behind then they will allow a forbarence which is twice as much as your paying for monthly payments

The company I was originally with when I refinanced sold my loan with in 2 or 3 months I was then assigned to Wilshire who I was paying regularly monthly payments I was late on 1 or 2 payments but I paid caught them up. Then in about 4 months after I thought I was caught up they sent me a letter stating I was several months behind and I need to pay so outrageous amount in order to catch up. So I did that but they kept stating I was still behind. Then I did a forbarence with the company and they increased my payments twice as much as my monthly payments which is totally impossible to pay at that amount.
I have been struggle trying to pay the monthly payments but I am getting behind on my other bills trying to pay them the amount there asking for. Now I have been calling to try to work out another plan. I have yet to hear back from someone at the company. I have tried to refinance but I am told they have my loan so over inflated that it will be extremly hard for me to refinance.
