Harassed, Albert was verbally abusive, would not let me talk, shouted over my responses, said they would take my house

I could not believe anyone could be treated in such a threatening manner by this company. They gave me no opportunity to try to resolve the problem other than paying immediately on credit cards. They know everything about my family, had called son and daughters' homes and harassed them as well. This was all over a Sally Mae college loan which my husband co-signed for a grandchild.

The verbal abuse this man-Albert-used when yelling at me was enough to make me want to call a lwyer but he kept me on the phone, shouting at me, for 45 minutes. I felt I had no recourse but to let him attach my credit cards. This is a company that 60 minutes or some similar program ought to investigate on behalf of the unsuspecting public.
