Sends threating emails saying I owe EZ Payday Cash Net money. Sent a contract, supposed electronically signed by me. I never received any cash from this company

Keep getting threatening emails from Albert Spiller stating I owe EZ Payday Cash.net money. Sent a document supposedly electronically signed by me. I never received any cash from this company. He is treatening me with the FBI and will have me thrown in jail. Didn't know there was a debtors prision.
