Excessive Overdraft Fees

I agree that Wachovia has excessive overdraft fees. They held up a check for two weeks but in the meantime other checks were bouncing and my account was overdrawn by $803.00 while they held up a check.By the time the check cleared the overdraft ate up most of it. Wachovia is definitely getting over on people with these fees and they make it so that they can manipulate your account so that they can charge it.

I will be happy to be part of a lawsuit so sign me up. People put their money into banks to save it not to be robbed by their bank. If that's the case then a person is better off carrying their money on then and taking a chance that they won't get robbed on the streets. Wachovia must be stopped!!!
