Interest rate went up and never Notified. Payed over 500.00 my statement went up instead of down

I did a ballance transfer at 8100.00. I have had this card for 3 months and made 2 payments od 171.00 and 1 for 200.00. Now my balance is over 8500.00. When I called the lady there said SORRY FOR INCOVENENCE. That was itI am working on paying this off asap before they go up any more on me. I will never will be able to pay this off the way it is going. Please watch this company and your ballance, also for hidden fee's. I wish I had looked up this card before I got it.
