Used my Bank debit card # to withdraw $39.95 from my checking account

This "company" somehow got my bank debit card number and used it to withdraw $39.95 from my checking account. I called the Head Office of my bank to report this to them. They said they never heard of them. I have to wait 5 days to call their Dispute Dept.

I got on line and read someone else's report of the same scammers doing this to them. They claimed these scammers are somehow using the good name of PCTools, a legitimate software company.

I ordered software from PCTools, but it has been about a year since then. I bank online at times and make online purchases using my debit card. Apparently these scammers somehow acquired my personal information.
