Consumer First Platinum promised to send me a credit card because I have some credit issues that are being cleared up because of separation from my spouse. Never received card a the business that doesnt give a dam outlandish ripoff late fees false promises

I sent away a $49.00 check and never received a card. Wrote letter with check asking about transferring balances. Never received any info nor a card. I would like to sue them as I just suspected there was something wrong and my nephew is a lawyer and I will take action. It is a shame that those of women who have been in abusive situations in our marriage and have had to try and support ourselves get stuck with companies like this I believe that women are their prime suspects to target.
