Appraisal Fee Scam

Nations Fundning, LLC claims to be a nationanl funding company that offers note holders the ability to sell their notes.in order to get a real quote from their company they say you have to send a certified check of $125 per quote for appraisal fees upfront and they will give you a quote with-in 7-10 business days.

They are the only company I have come across so far that requires that. Once they received the certified check, you can now not get in touch with anyone in person there by phone. The last response prior to today was on July 15th, 3 weeks after they received the checks saying they would give me the appraisals by July 18th.

Today I finally heard from them again by e-mail, only because my clients wantn to know where their money is and they thretened legal action. The response was " Snce someone threatened legal action, I ave turned it over to legal and cannot respond any further" So babsically they have taken my $250 in cash and have done nothing with the file and you still cannot get in ouch with a human being by phone.

I am now going to have to refund my clients out of my funds personally and they will have to start a whole new process of getting quotes.

I would be very wary of them
