Ripoff Holds my overpayment "The check's in the mail" dirty ripoff liars

I finally was able to refinance my first and second mortgages which had been sold to Fairbanks Capita Corp, unfortunately. The loans were repayed on Novenmer 15 and Fairbanks told me I had to wait 20 business days to have my refund, over $2600. They said the check would be mailed on November 13. Well, needless to say that this is Deceber 24 and I still don't have a check in my hands.

I call them daily and they say that the check, according to their records, was mailed from Utah on December 9th. I say BULL. They will not wire the funds to my account, they say they must send a check. They will not even put a stop on these checks until they are outstanding for one month. I say BULL. When is someone going to do something about them?
