Due to a minor mistake I make by on-line banking on July 10, I called Chase/Bank on July 22 and was assured that the payment went through with no problem. On July 24, I noticed there were three charges related to the account due to the failed transaction on July 10. Two 39 dollars for late fees and refund fee, and 20 dollars for finance fee were charged to my account. What a crazy greedy company!
I called right away and told the manager their customer representative misled me earlier and he was like: "I am sorry, but what do you want me to do?!" HE WAS COLD. I requested for refund since this is the first time I ever missed a payment, however, was declined by him. He was arrogant and cold throughout the coversation and even said: "We do not provide that!" Most credit card companies offer grace period or one time refund per-year. Who do they think they are? I do not have to use them?!!!
After I pay off the last payment, I am going to CANCEL this stupid card. They do not deserve my business! Please, do not ever apply Chase, since they are going to suck your blood out.
