Ripoff

I had called to activate my card and gave them a date to take the money out. Two weeks before that date I called to say not to take it out I did not have the funds due to business matters. I called again and told them I still had the same problem and I just wanted to cancelled the debit from my account. The lady told me I could put it as far away as Jan. I did not want to near christmas so I said ok. She put in the record for Dec 16. They took out the money. I call and was told they siince she put it in the computer it was true. I had one check bounce so far since I only keep money in this account for the checks that I write. I would like my money back.
